        In 2015 they moved my 1928 Emerson player piano. My best friend. Instead of repositioning their truck for clear access, they brought my piano in ON ITS SIDE on 2 planks. I was inside clearing a path or wouldve stopped them. Nothing was wrong with it before the move except a tuning. Now the lower keys stick badly. I called them directly after but would now have to pay for repairs. I am fixed income with no way to save up for it. My heart is broken.

        I called twice asking for service and was told that I would receive a call back with the owners email address so I could request service that way. Never got a call back and didn't understand why the person on the phone couldn't help me or provide me with an email address right there.

        Very professional staff. Took great care wrapping and protecting my piano for the move to it's new home. Very decent price. And tuning qas very reasonable.
