Let's start with the good. These guys were punctual, prepared, and Russ provided exceptional customer service. Chris saved the day by bringing spare tools to the job when we figured out that I was missing the correct sized wrench to disassemble the bed! The movers were polite and helpful. I only have two reasons for not giving them five stars. First, I was expecting two guys, not three. Since no one introduced themselves when they arrived, until prompted, things were very awkward. Mostly because I was not expecting a third mover to show up, out of the blue, on a skateboard after the other two movers had already arrived. He was dressed in jeans with holes, had a large backpack, and he was wearing an oversized hoody when its Summer. He walked over while I was explaining the plan to the other two movers at which point I paused and bluntly asked, "Are you with them?" I felt absolutely mortified when he answered yes. My second complaint is they did not properly assemble my mirror cabinet. I gave them the screws, the instruction manual, and made sure tools were available. I think they were trying to hurry out of there because the two hours was just about up, but I would have been glad to pay for an extra five minutes to make sure my furniture was assembled properly. Other than these two minor complaints, everything else went seamlessly!

At first they showed up a whole month early due to a scheduling error so that was certainly interesting. When they showed up on the correct date they did a great job at moving things quickly but that unfortunately resulted in damages to multiple pieces of my furniture.... Wish they had taken more care when handling my items since the damages are not something that can be repaired and I will just have to live with them.
