My husband and I used this company two years prior and had a great experience. This time was very unsatisfactory. Be aware that a 2-3 hour quote may end up being 4-5 hours. Only one guy carried all of the boxes to the truck while the other stayed in the truck to place them. It took him over two hours just for the boxes. When it came time for the furniture it was another 2 1/2 hours. One of our dining room chairs was broken as it fell off of the truck. We still have not received any compensation for the chair and it has now been close to a month. Our total for the packing of the Uhaul was $600. It was a shock to us for sure! I can no longer recommend this moving company. My advice is to find another!

30 minutes before the move they called to cancel on me with no good reason, leaving me without another option. Highly unprofessional, would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do NOT use this company!!! They sent 2 people to move our 2 bedroom apartment into a UHaul that we rented. One person carried boxes while the other waited in the truck. What should have taken 2 hours took 5. Guess who had to pay for those additional 3 hours? You guessed it…me! In addition, they dropped one of our dining room chairs from the back of the truck and never told us. Had we not seen it happen we never would have known about it. While unpacking we discovered the chair was broken. After 1 month of text messages and phone calls, we were offered $17 for the chair. A small fraction of the value. They cited a State statute that says they are responsible to pay $.60 per pound. That statute refers to carriers which they were not in this instance. We got the runaround and realized we were going to get no further with them. This is a company of very questionable integrity and character. Save yourself the headache and pay a bit more for a reputable mover.
