Mattress America - Denver

Awesome local business!I needed a box spring, as my old one had broken, and I'd just recently replaced my mattress.  The owner himself was at the counter and was -beyond- polite.  He took the time to educate me about what I really needed in a box spring, and got me all set up with one that was in my price range, and was low-profile.Come delivery day, I get a phone call from him, saying that the delivery guy had called in sick, but that he would deliver the box spring himself.  He apologized because he'd be a little late, but I was just so pleased that he was going to the effort of bringing it himself that an extra 30 minutes didn't matter.  Sure enough, within the hour, he's waiting at my door, having already carried it up 2 flights of stairs.The commitment to customer service that this business shows is refreshing and commendable.  They will most definitely get my recommendation in the future!

Thsi place is great.  I had been looking for new beds for myself and kids, 3 sets total.  The people here were super friendly and non abrasive.  When I walked in I was greeted by the owner himself who is a very nice guy.   He was in the middle of  training his salesperson but it was a very smooth purchase anyway.  The PRICES ARE INCREADIBLE!!!  Same beds at mattress king and denver mattress were at least a $100.00 MORE!! The only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the delivery.  The delivery guys were very nice and friendly, but they did not take my old beds away.  I think the hassle of having to dispose of the beds myself was worth the $100 bucks I saved, but they could have told me I would have to do so.In all, I would recomend Mattress America as a good place to go buy a mattress at a good price.

Just got a matress there today. Quality products and the best help you will find anywhere. It's a family owned shop and the owner truly wants to find you a good matress. He is honest about everything! He doesn't just want to sell you something, he wants to get you the best for your budget . I highly recommend this for everyone!
