amazing customer service and product. We bought our Nolan when they first came out and had an issue recently which they resolved with replacing our mattress. Love the feeling of sleeping soundly and waking up in the same position. Recommend!!

Outstanding customer service! There was an issue with my mattress setup and removal which resulted in me cancelling the service with LoadUp (the company Nolah contracts with to perform the service). My refund was issued within 15 minutes of e-mailing Nolah and informing them of the cancellation (on a Saturday afternoon, at that).

Love my Nolah mattress! I didn't realize how much I enjoy it until I was recently traveling. I woke up each morning with an achy back. Now that I'm back home, I wake up feeling great! Highly reccomend.

The shop is very big. Too big, in fact. It sure is an interesting business idea to have a shop the size of North America, but I am not sure about the practicality of this. I got lost after around 4 years of wandering around. Started in Anchorage, now stranded in Baja California. After my years of trekking, I still have not discovered "The Mattress".

AVOID. I did alot of research on mattresses before buying one. I thought I had made the right decision by the time all my research was done. It turns out that I didn't. I looked up first what type of mattresses there are to pick from. Content, material, etc. I wanted to know what my choices were. But you are at the mercy of google and who pays to be seen and what content they pay you to see. I was directed to information that told me that there are three types of mattresses (untrue!). They said latex, traditional, and foam. I am here to say do your research on Wool guys! It is incredible. Anyways, at this time I decided on foam. Instead of going on Amazon and buying a cheaper more affordable foam mattress I picked this company because they toted that they used a different type of foam technology, they donated to an endangered species, etc. They knew what to say to get someone sucked in. So out of the hundreds there are to pick from, I picked this company. Well, here we go.. I received the mattress. I put it in my room on a slat frame with the suggested width in between the slats, I had a dehumidifier in my room, the works. I did what I was supposed to. Within weeks I noticed that my breathing became wheezy and I woke up aching really bad. So on a hunch, I opened up the mattress cover to see what was inside. First of all BIG MISTAKE. All mattresses that are made and to be sold in the United States have to be fire retardant. So they blow fiberglass ALL OVER ON THE INSIDE OF THE BED to pass this requirement. So I was met with a bunch of fiberglass. Ouch. So I put on gloves and I kept looking. Well, I FOUND A NICE SIZE SPOT OF MOLD. It was present before it was sent to me. I know this because we checked my Dad's mattress as well as soon as it came and there was mold on the inside as well. He had purchased after I purchased mine, and received it shortly after I found the mold on ours. So I message the company. I was met with a customer service rep who was no help. It was blame the customer, excuses such as "we use temperature controlled warehouses". No help at all. I did not want to do the refund and donate option because I did not want to donate a mattress with mold on it to anyone. So I got mad. I took pictures of the mattress and I posted it on Instagram and tagged the company. And guess what happened next. I received THE RUDEST MOST CONDESENDING RESPONSE FROM THE CO OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS. He was blaming me for not taking care of the mattress right even though on a side note, I received it in a box that had been crushed. This guy was soo rude, told me I should have contacted him first blah blah blah. Who knows how to bypass customer service and talk directly to a ceo of a company? Who even thinks of that being a possibility? Come on now! He talked down to me, he blamed me, he provided me no help. So I lost $900 on this mattress as that was the price of the model I purchased at the time, and so did my father. So $1800. This prompted me to do even more research on foam mattresses and I found out they are notorious for mold. Regardless of how well you take care of them, they are soo porous that it is inevitable. And the off gassing is horrendous. So knowing this already, the ceo played dumb and kept all of our money. What he could have done was do what was right by his customer, but instead he took our money for a defective product he sells and in turn I have left a review that has taken away from him way more sales than the money he took from us. And that is going to have to be enough for me because I will never get my money back. In the meantime, I did more research on bedding, and have found wool is the best more healthy sustainable mattress you can buy. So for around the same price as this pile of garbage, I went to Home of Wool and purchased a handmade wool mattress and could not be happier with the results. I purchased pillows, sheets, and blankets from them as well.
