To all the people who shop at Sears, all I can say is stay away from any of those stores, all they do is screw you over in one way or another, we just had an incident with them over a return of some junk we bought and try to return, the city we live in has one Sears, but we were told they were not affiliated with Sears, still don't understand that, we spend hours on the phone with corporate and all we got was BS, either drive over 1 hour one way to another store , or mail it back, we pay postage naturally .
So neither my husband, myself, my children and grandchildren will never enter a Sears Store in our lifes

I just tried to return some items I bought here last Saturday. The clerk who tried to help me was clearly incompetent. She started my return (I had my receipt) and when she couldn't complete the return she told me that I wasn't at Sears. I was like, you've got to be kidding me. (Apparently I was at the Land's End desk IN the Sears, but as a customer, please know that I don't care and if you start the transaction, please try to finish it, don't try to tell me I'm not in the wrong store.) A manager had to come help her. Then when she tried to return the second item and couldn't find the numbers, she responded by declaring there WAS NO MEN'S department in that store. I told her there indeed was, that it was where I had purchased the item just 3 days prior! She continued to INSIST there was no men's department here. Seriously? I just laughed (uncomfortably) but inside I was reeling! The manager had to come back and help with that too, thank goodness she did. And if that wasn't enough, this clerk was obviously trying on clothes, she was wearing one of the sweaters off the rack, I could see the tags. Please, please, just try.

Everytime I call this place, they only have 1 or 2 technicians available so even with an appt all service takes too long. They also put on new tires and stripped two lugnuts even after I specifically said to be careful about not stripping the lugnuts.
