I would like to say that I have had good massages, and some terrible ones. I have found that you can generally tell right-off-the-bat when you meet your massage therapist, how good or bad your massage will be based off the questions they ask prior to commencing your massage. Erica, hands-down gave me the best massage I have ever had. She asked ALL the right questions, really spent time focusing on my trouble areas, and also guided a type of mediation related to breathing and tension relief! I like to think I’m fairly hard to please when it comes to massages, but this has been time and money well spent! Kudos to Erica and Vital Relief Bodyworks- I still feel amazing!
