These guys are a bunch of crooks! Called me the morning I was leaving the ski resort and canceled. Would not refund my money either. I had to scramble to get another van and not miss my flight. By the way, they canceled via TEXT. Would not pick up or return my calls. Lucky for me visa stuck it to them. They threatened to use and outside collect agency. I don't know if that meant they were going to send the mob to me, but bring it on. Do not use this company. They are crooks and will steal your money while leaving hung out to dry with no ride.
Andrew Pancroft is the person I dealt with and he is a croooooook!
