        I had a reservation for 6 to DIA with pick up at 645am. The first driver did not arrive until 715am after two phone calls to Flit. They sent three drivers to our home after we made other arrangements to get to the airport. And they charged me the fee despite the fact I did not benefit from their service. I have left two messages with no returned phone call. Do not use this service. Failure is their only option. I have left three voicemails as of today. Still no response from Flit and it has been one week. I want a returned call from someone empowered to make decisions and I demand my $100. As of today, 10/16/18, I have not had a returned call and have not received a refund. Lesson learned. I noticed that their webpage will not open. I wonder if they are out of business.
