Thank you to Zach for being so kind and helpful. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different pieces, stones, and styles. I just walked in to look around and left with exactly what I was looking for. I could not have been more pleased. I am shocked to read reviews from people who wrote about the pretty woman experience and am wondering if they visited the same store I did. The owner Dave was there when I was shopping as well; he overheard I was interested in an antique piece with sapphire accents and even brought out one of his wifes personal pieces for me to try on. I will be exclusively using Victoriana Denver from now on.

Snobby, rude and true Karen attitude. The old man who helped me was all these things. See the reviews they are only nice to the buyers. Save your self time and money. They are self serving and have no care about their community. Go to your own estate sale. If I could give negative stars I would. The pretty woman scene on rodeo drive has nothing on this place. Awful people there! AVOID!

Bought my wedding ring here in 2017. Beautiful ethopian opal surrounded by 17 diamonds from circa 1910. Took off my ring off at Cherry Creek Mall bathroom to simply wash my hands. Dropped my ring on the floor and one diamond had fallen out. Many people helped me finally find it. A stranger found the diamond on the floor and I took it to Hyde Park to have it put back. They charged me 375 just to put the original diamond back in. Ask for refences for jewekry repair.
