I was so excited to have finally found the wedding band I had been searching for, and purchased it last weekend - just needed the right size to be ordered. I got home and realized my receipt was blank, so I called and asked that they send me an updated receipt and photos. I found out that the wrong ring had been ordered, and that I now needed to place a custom order. The changes should have drastically reduced the price, but instead, I was quoted a similar price. Upon questioning, my sales contact couldnt explain the rationale for the pricing, or even verify what ring it was that she was trying to now sell me over the phone. I feel like the sales team has tried to take advantage my willingness to spend a higher amount, and theyve now lost a customer because of that. Id take your business elsewhere.

So professional sweet and kind. Derrick was amazing throughout the entire process. Did not pressure me or anything and answered all a million of my questions. I live in NY and even with the time diff made sure he answered super fast! Ring came and it was perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I really wish I could give five stars very disappointed when requesting the blue print the gal forgot multiple times to send it as she made it clear she forgot. We had to reach out so many times . Then finally when we got in touch we asked for prices on a three and four carat that was November 1st still waiting 24 days later we reached out one last time before we took our money else where. Super disappointed as we were willing to spend money just needed it to be on the PERFECT ring.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We met with Siyona for an hour, picked out our diamond and setting, then never heard back. The lack of follow up and communication is inexcusable when were spending this much money. I will warn all of my friends, family, and business associates not to use this place.
