I came in here with an open mind and super happy thinking that you would help me. SUPER DISAPPOINTED with how I was treated. The very first time I spoke to Pat Duane she shot down the idea of finding another career. I told her I was studying for Amazon Web Services and I wanted to start down that path, all she had to say was what did you do before hand? I told her I worked at a call center and I worked my way up, all she had to say was ok, we'll focus on getting you a job at a call center. Before we ended our first call I reiterated that I wanted to start looking for AWS jobs, completely ignored it. I'm not exaggerating when I'm saying I did not sleep that night and the following day I cried my eyes out because I felt stuck and I wasn't going to go anywhere but call centers. I ignored her calls and I really wanted to reach out and ask for another coach but I found this company a complete waste of time.

5 stars because I haven't used this service yet, however the company that laid myself and others off due to Covid-19 are paying for one month of services from this company. I will say this, PLEASE DO NOT ASSIGN COACH PAT DUANE. I have read and heard that she is unprofessional. I'm in hopes I get a great coach. Pat needs to find another career. Cya soon.
