This place is a joke. My husband had an appointment today after being on the wait-list for 2 years! About 15 minutes before his appointment, they called him to tell him they couldn't see him because he needed to get a prescription that they never prescribed him and he was never even notified about. Then the lady told him he would be put at the bottom of the wait list again and actually told my husband it wasn't there fault. I see so many 1 star reviews about this place and now I'm actually happy my husband didn't go here. Everything happens for a reason.

The organization continues to underwhelm. Feels like 3rd world healthcare. Trying to get an appointment when you have a "mass" is impossible. It was suggested I see Dr. Kim but if his organization is indicative of his care I will gladly pass.

Just had a ureteroscopic kidney stone extraction performed on 8/20. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. From the front desk to John, the anesthesiologist, to my aftercare nurse Theresa, everything went smoothly.
My only complaint is that the following day, 8/21, I left 2 messages at the clinic regarding the extreme pain I was in, and never received a return phone call. I could see how busy they were when I was in the waiting room, but I'm really hurting and would have appreciated a call back the same day. Also, the morning of the procedure, I received an erroneous message on My Chart saying that I was supposed to be there at 6:30 am. I freaked out a little that I'd misunderstood my surgery time.
Overall, it was a positive experience, if you can say that about a group of gowned people sticking tubes up your shvanz.
