Going to these people was the worst decision I could have made. I've had two horrible surgeries for my prolapse and guess what Stephanie told me...that another surgery with her surgeon would cure me. That's a lie. If anyone tells you a surgery will cure you, get very skeptical. If you have pelvic prolapse, please please invest in The Kegel Queen program...you could save thousands, save surgeries preventing you from work and living, and be healthy. These folks had no time to teach me how to kegel but had lots of time to pitch another surgery. That's wrong on so many levels. It's immoral in my view. Then they sent me to a collection agency even though my bill had been paid and as nasty as that is, it's the incompetency and lack of care that bothers me about this place. I really can't say enough bad things about this place.

I was treated at this practice by Dr. Andrew McBride in 2023. Gauze was left inside my body, causing a complication that lead to an additional hospitalization. I was under the impression the resulting expenses would be covered, yet Dr. McBride then left the country and the practice will not provide a forwarding address, does not respond to phone calls, mail, and declined to accept the sheriff serving papers. I have serious concerns about their ethics and out-patient surgery processes and procedures for future patients. Accidents happen, I was understanding as all is well that ends well and he profusely apologized and admitted fault, then disappeared. One should not have to sue for them to cover the medical expenses incurred due to their negligence. Please contact me to make this right.

I saw there was a negative review so i decided to leave my honest review. This practice has been nothing but amazing and the PA Stephanie is so nice. The fact that I can message her questions online is so convenient. Definitely recommend.

I was misdiagnosed here as having a chronic untreatable ailment. They did just one test and said I had IC. After getting not much help from this office, I switched doctors. 2 years later I have found out that I do not have IC and in fact have something completely different that is treatable... get a second opinion. This doctor wanted me to do procedures to numb my bladder after doing just a simple urine sample to diagnose me!
