I went to Adam for Reiki and Transformative Soul Work. His Reiki treatments are very relaxing and uplifting and he is highly intuitive about the areas that need the most healing. I was in rough shape when I began the transformative soul work and after a few months, I felt a huge change within myself. With his patience and kindness, he directed me to find my own answers and move out of a victim mentality - where I purposefully stayed small and quiet and "safe." He was able to guide me towards self-acceptance and peace, and helped me to process my emotions from a difficult period in my life so I could move on from "my story." Self-work is the most challenging and loving, rewarding thing you can do for yourself - I highly recommend Adam as a coach to help you on your path!

I received energetic work and guidance from Karyn the other week and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment you step into her sanctuary, she makes you feel at ease. I could tell she genuinely loves what she does and she authentically wants to bring more peace and joy into your life. The session went great; I felt grounded, peaceful and happy afterwards. Karyn has a truly kind soul.

I can appreciate the irony of energy workers needing energy work but, like any profession, we know first-hand the benefits that can come from releasing negative patterns and embracing the numerous gifts we all have come into the world with. That’s why I am so enthusiastic about endorsing Karyn and Adam for the wonderful healing work they do at The Soul’s Thread.
I will admit that I was a little intimidated by the idea that there was two of them and just one of me, but from the moment I got there they made me feel extremely comfortable and created a very safe place for my soul to journey. Rather than being overwhelmed by two healers, their unique approaches to the healing process was very natural and complementary – and the combination created a very powerful experience.
I left feeling as though we had definitely moved out some of the old energy that was holding me back. And because healing is rarely a one-time deal, my time with them only helped to emphasize and empower me toward the work I still have to do within myself.
Adam and Karyn are powerful healers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They met me where I was in terms of my journey, and took great care to move at the right pace. By nature, the work they do is often intense and emotional, however, they also made it a positive and FUN experience. For anyone who is feeling a little “stuck”, reaching out to Adam and Karyn will definitely provide that thread of hope that we all need to reconnect with from time to time to we all need to be our best selves.

Oh my gosh! Just came back from my first session at The Soul's Thread. Private yoga class followed by reiki, it was amazing! I had to be reminded how to walk, drive, and write checks on my way out the door I was so relaxed and rejuvenated. Karyn is a wonderful teacher and healer. I highly recommend her!

I only had a slight experience with Reiki before I found The Soul's Thread. That experience involved cleansing my new business and wasn't geared toward myself as an individual. I had tried traditional healing, which mostly involved standard cognitive therapy...but it wasn't working. I needed something deeper. Something more like me.
I did some Internet research and found the Soul's Thread and specifically Karyn Olson and Adam Seitz. Two amazing souls who have already changed my mindset and outlook on life. They also helped me get to a place of deep relaxation and understanding - and, I felt completed accepted (warts and all!) when I was in their care.
Restorative Yoga and Reiki Sessions with Karyn are so special. She guides you into very relaxing, yet engaging poses, then activates your mind with sensory images - almost like guided meditation. It is supremely freeing and absolutely healing.
Among other amazing talents, Karyn has taught me about crystal healing and even has used her intuition to teach me things I thought I knew about myself, but needed confirmation. In a few words....try it. Now. You won't ever regret it.
Adam Seitz practices shamanic healing. This is something I knew even less about before beginning my sessions with them. Adam takes you to a place in your mind between conscious and subconscious and helps you see things through your mind's eye, while relaxing you and making you feel completely safe.
My experiences with the Souls Thread have been deep, conscious, uplifting, relaxing and....just amazing. I look forward to my sessions so much and when I'm done, I feel like I can conquer the world.
