Arlene has been an important factor in my healthy eating program since last summer. Not only do we review my progress, but she has fantastic ideas (eg. recipes, electronic food tracking) to help me to continue on a healthy eating regimen. I found her just at the right time and I'm so thankful for all of her help with my successful weight loss.
