        We have storage in our garage ceiling that works on electrical lifts. One side of our garage door had become off-kilter and was hitting a rubber grommet that made the storage holder swing and possibly drop contents in the vehicles below them. Their tech came and adjusted not only the door, but reset the tracks to provide clearance in case this issue came back. He definitely went above and beyond to fix and prevent future issues.
