Visited the webpage as to find the perfect office char for my regular long daily work hours, but unsure which one was the most convenient. Chose the chat section and Joe guided me through very professionally step by step until i got the one that meet my needs. I was really doubtful to buy at the beginning, but got confident along the way. Now I can wait to get it!! Thank you Joe

I went into the store already interested in the Embody Gaming chair. I wanted to try out the chair and Kim was able to assist me greatly. She showed me the chair and had me try out all the features. She told me everything the chair was able to do and made sure I understood how everything worked. She had me try out the regular Embody chair too so I'd know for sure which I prefer. We then went over color options and pricing. I received the chair about a week or two ago and I've been loving it. Overall excellent experience. I highly recommend for anyone interested in a Herman Miller product to stop by if they want to try before they buy.
