Not all heroes wear capes. Monday morning, my wife clipped the bottom of our garage door while pulling her car out and knocked it off the rails. So, not only were we facing an incoming storm but also open access to a lot of valuables we had hung up and stored in there. I reached out and spoke with Lou who was not only empathetic to the situation but also adjusted his techs schedules to fit us in that afternoon. Juan showed up on time, assessed the issue and performed the repairs within the hour. What a rockstar. Garage works better than before and the costs were less than anyone else I had previously reached out to. These guys rock and Ill use no one else to work on my garage door in the future.

Jeremy was great. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the bowed panels, saving me what could have been a very expensive door replacement. I would absolutely recommend ProLift.

We had a new garage door installed in July and that experience was already excellent. The crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. Today, we had the installer come out for a brief inspection as our door appeared to be making some noise while opening. Jeremy assured us that this was normal break in period noise and provided us a quick lube up of our system and gave some tips as to how to care for the door. Jeremy was knowledgeable and took the extra time to go over anything and made sure we had no questions before departing. Thank you ProLift for your great customer service and quality of work!
