I have been a member of this gym for 3 Years and have kept my membership after I left the building. It’s a small and convenient gym and does have a good variety of equipment. They provide lockers and towels and also have steam and sauna rooms. I have a gym at my current building that is free, but it is the classes that I stay for. Jessica and Jamie have been there for a long time and offer some of great classes and there is a lot of one on one with the instructors. Great Gym and awsome value for downtown Denver!

The three typos in the "from the owner" blurb are a perfect example of how inefficient and unqualified the 1290 Broadway Fitness management team is. You should expect frequent billing errors, broken equipment, cancelled classes and some of the dirtiest yoga mats I've ever seen. If you pay $45 for a membership, you're being ripped off. Employees in the building pay $23, which is a more appropriate charge for the extremely limited services this facility offers.
