Was called harassed by Robert Landis called at my desk, when he belittled me I said I'd come down for a face to face meeting. He threatened to shoot me. Too bad for them I was recording the conversation. All for 100 bucks. If I ever meet that guy on the street there will be a red river flowing from his face.

Completely unprofessional! I called in an attempt to pay my debt and they refused the payment or to even speak to me. Told me that he was the owner and there was no one else to speak to and to not call the phone number again. I was trying to pay the bill!! You would think they would want to do the best they could for their clients but apparently they dont care enough to bother with getting the money for them.

It was super frustrating to get a notice from a collection agency because the parking ticket was almost two years old, but after a bit of self reflection I realized it was not Red River Collection's Company's fault. I only gave them 3 stars because it would have been nice if they would have attempted to settle for less money, but they only knocked off interest, which I believe is illegal for them to collect without a judgement anyway.

Refuse and cannot give those paying any proof of payment. You have to give them your bank account or credit card info and from there the organization stores your personal information, to later garnish payments. When they called and I refused to give them my credit card number, before I could ask for an address to send a certified envelope the representative was really rude, scoffed and hung up on me. If you want a collection agency adequately and sufficiently retrieving your debts, look else where.
