        They pretend to want to give you special attention and help you but they are useless. Not responsive and after almost a month I still havent been allowed to sell my stocks because they are considered penny stocks. Been on the phone with them several times and they always promise to revert but nothing happens. Im in the market for a new bank that cares about its clients

        I don't know who is in charge over all of all your financial advisors but mine sucks. He made promise after promise to help me open up new IRA, one which I could move my current IRA into. Nothing, put me off and put me off. Then I made a call to the branch manager, he said he would get me some help and nothing. The banker made calls to the financial managers boss and nothing. The branch manager told me he would contact that "boss" two days ago and nothing! Customer service sucks, do I not have enough money for you to prioritize my needs?
