Excellent Optometrist ! Very attentive to my concerns (PTSD from a previous shop). My prescription is perfect and I received the glasses quickly. The staff was very friendly and ensured a great experience while I was waiting for the appointment. Thank you all!

Michelle really went above and beyond, delivering truly exceptional customer service. I had a couple of minor issues and she was quick to reach out to me and resolve everything. As long as she is here Optical Masters has my business!

Very nice office, super clean! The employees seemed knowledgeable. I don't have complaints when it comes to customer service, everyone was great! I already had a place I go to annualy and wanted to try something new, this was the first spot I went to after not having insurance. I did not come back this year and went back to where I usually go. I found out I was being charged 300$ extra just because of the place. I usually bring in my own frames so I just pay for the lenses. The lenses themselves were almost 600$, and it was just one pair. The place I usually go to, I brought in 2 frames and got the same lenses I always get and walked out paying 350$. I am not sure if it's because I had said it was my first time paying without insurance and got taken advantage of or maybe it's just the place? Great place if you have the money to spend or insurance perhaps and aren't worried about being upchanged just because the place seems fancy.
