      image I am a Navy veteran with no dental coverage. Seeking aid through the National charities was able to get work done by Dr. Bissell He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They set me up with the surgeon to remove teeth and got me fitted with partials. I can smile without feeling subconscious, and can eat my crunchy food again. Dr. Bill will even sings to you. He listens and makes sure everything is as it should be before you leave. Thank you so so much
