Dr Downs has the best bedside manner. He is gentle and patient to my 94 year old dad with Parkinsons disease and myself. He has been taking care of us for over 25 years. My dad still has all of his teeth due to Dr. Downs exceptional care!

I love LeDowns Dentistry. The staff is very friendly, the follow-up is amazing and they are very clear on costs. Dr. Downs is an amazing dentist that takes his time and explains cleary your procedure and what to expect. My mom and I had been going for years

I have been having my dental work done at LeDowns for years now. Without a doubt, Dr. Downs is the best dentist I have ever had. The office staff is incredible , always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns I have.
I've had implant and bridgework and am currently moving towards 4 more implants and another bridge. I have the utmost trust in Dr. Downs and know that the experience will be stress free and the work performed will be absolute perfection. Thank you Dr. Downs and thank you LeDowns Team! I went to LeDowns for years when I lived in the neighborhood. I always felt they were competent and caring. I had to change dentists recently because my new insurance isn't accepted by them. Unfortunately, my new dentist recently found many cavities, and I have had to get a crown (first time), root canal (first time) and had multiple cavities fixed since leaving LeDowns. I went to LeDowns because of the good reviews.
My current dentist notes that most of these issues have been around for a while and should have been caught previously. He took pictures of my teeth so I can see for myself the discoloration, etc. The last time I was at LeDowns they were so busy I had to leave after the dental hygienist did my cleaning because I was already waiting an hour and needed to go back to work. I was always told that my teeth were fine but clearly, especially based on the pictures I saw recently, they were not. I have now spent $2,000+ to fix issues that LeDowns likely missed. I would be cautious going here as a new patient. At least my experience tells me that they don't do a great job finding subtle problems that aren't currently causing you pain.
