I was having trouble with my account at CCU. I couldn't figure out how to work all of my features and was feeling a great deal of frustration. Lauren, a customer service agent, called me and worked with me until all of my issues were resolved. I couldn't be happier at this point with the service that CCU has provided me and I would highly recommend to friends or family in search of a loan or other services that CCU provides. I have been a member of CCU way over 30 years and just had one of the best experinces on a car finance ever. A young lady by the name of Lauren P. at Downtown was the nicest and most Professional person I have dealt with in years. My wife even spoke of her kind even tone and laughter as we spoke. How many times have you conducted any type of business and its so "hurry up" or "I really don't want to do this right now"... Not with this lady, Lauren P. was kind, knowledgeable, took time with an old man that really appreciated it!!! By the way I'm in Tennessee not Colorado normally that's when its hard to get something done. Thank you Lauren & thank you CCU for being there.

I find the staff here very friendly and helpful. They have always done their very best to assist in any request. I would recommend banking with these wonderful people. The services they offer are exactly what I need.
