Fantastic service at this small little credit union. Well the building is small, I'm sure the credit union itself is really large lol. Came in here to do some home equity loan paperwork, and they were super well organized, we were in and out of there in a flash. Customer service rep we had was fantastic, she explained everything very well go to set up with their checking and savings accounts, and was a real pleasure to deal with.

From the get go with them, it has been a hassle.  The account set up was a hassle, making online payments has been a hassle, the support knowledge is lacking, and closing out the loan has been more ridiculous.  I've never spent so much time on the phone with a bank as much as I have with Bellco Credit union. Next time, I'd rather pay a higher interest rate to not have to deal with the incompetence.  I paid off my loan and was told the auto pay was removed, account closed, but they still somehow took the auto payment.  I've been trying to get reimbursed for 5 days and has been a nightmare.  Because my account is closed, apparently they cannot issue a check to me because of the closed account?  The teller should have the knowledge to advise to keep the account open until everything was settled (it was a Friday).  They can take $400 from anywhere but cannot figure out how reimburse it, I've talked to 5 people. Yikes!
