The apartment at the Stella are not a place of a good reputation or a place to live in the state its in right now. When it first opened up it was great. As things continue through time it has became a place where the staff doesnt care about the people nor the complex. One of the staff member is rude and doesnt seem like they like their job by the lack of getting things done or knowing anything about the building.
It is run down and they seem not to care cause they dont live there. There is nothing for the children to do so they run around the complex making other peoples life miserable, especially on the weekends. Things were suggested to do to help with this issue and it was not received.
I wish it would return to the great place it was when it first opened.
