    bought a rear bike rack for my ebike they sent not only a front rack but 2 of them. after a real pain to get a return label i sent them back they have had them back since the 11th of september still no refund and today is the 27th. if i get someone to answer the phone they tell me its under review and i will be contacted by a manager. so far nothing no email no phone call this company sucks and wish i never did business with them

    The worst customer service ive ever heard of, bought a scooter in august 2021, it arrived not working, I sent it back. it has been almost 8 months now with me reaching out every few weeks and my case is still under review, give me my money back, so ridiculous, I should have trusted the 1 star reviews complaining about customer service, but i figured the average was 4 star so it wont happen to me, i was very wrong, don't do business with this company!

    Purchased a replacement battery for GXL V2 on January 26th. GoTrax has been out of stock for months. I can understand supply chain issues. Then around Jan 25th they said they had batteries in stock. Ordered and paid $142. 94 on Jan 26th. It has been 12 days today and the battery has not been shipped. I just get the run around and excuse of weather delays. I have a feeling they don't have batteries in stock and are just padding their bank accounts. Don't buy from GoTrax. Horrible customer service.

    GoTraxs scooters are top-notch and their apparent focus on customer satisfaction exemplary. After documenting an issue we had with my granddaughters GKS scooter, the Customer Service Department Manager personally called me and made things right. Having ran a large business myself for 30 years, I can attest to the importance of having great support and concern for your customers' satisfaction. As the saying goes, youre only as good as your last cup of coffee and in the case of GoTrax, the coffee pot now seems to be constantly brewing.

    I corroborate the complaints mentioned on the BBB website. Poor responsiveness and defective product. The scooter broke within 2 weeks of receiving it. Since we did not file the claim within the 2 week period, we were not eligible for a refund (cheap return policy). Instead it was returned for a replacement. According to the shipping company, they received it on December 7,2021. Today is 1/11/2022 and they have not replaced the scooter. I emailed them for an update on December 9, and they have not yet responded. I just opened a case against them with my attorney. Please save yourself heartache and take your business elsewhere. Good customer service is worth its weight in gold.
