I used to be a patient of Dr Chase when I lived in Lakewood but now I live in Greeley. Dr. Chase and his team cares about his patients and their families, I haven't been able to find a dependable chiropractor yet and will probably be making arrangements to see him here again in the new year. Yes, I'm willing to drive from Greeley for a short visit for quality care. Thank you Dr. Chase and team for all you do.
