I was involved in a accident on the 25th of August this year. After the ordeal I was hurt and did not have the energy to sort through the numerous treatment providers or all the hassle that comes with a collision. Thankfully I found a Chiropractor that was well informed on his treatment he performs on his patients, their business hours allowed me to stop in afterhours ((6pm+)) which is almost unheard of around town. The young lady at the front desk has a great attitude and welcomes you soon as you arrive into their office. The doctors there has offered me phenomenal relief in regards to my sublaxation and tightness I feel throughout my body since the start of my treatment and I couldn't of been happier to have given them the opportunity to provide me with their service and therapy. This is my pre'treatment evaluation of them so far and I have nothing but positive stuff to say. However, I will be leaving a post'treatment evaluation once therapy has been completed so everyone may reference their service and get an idea of what they provide and how well they provide it in regards to your needs. My experience with Dr. Phan has been nothing short of a nightmare that I would never wish upon anyone.. Shortly after 2 months the service and hospitality provided to me was not the same, as what I've received before they had "earned" my trust in facilitating my treatment during these stressful time. Dr. Phan and his assistant was quite professional and provided me with assurance during our consultation that I would be in good hands and they would do their best in handling my accident and assured me I could rely on them and their expertise. I will try and make this brief- Dr. Phan and his office collected what he needed from my insurance [ 12,000$+ yes 12,000.00 ] Shortly after Dr. Phan stops making contact with the other insurance co all together, I contacted him numerous times and was told he would "take care of it immediately" Weeks went by as I patiently waited for an answer from Dr.Phan / my claim rep, to my dismay not a single call was made to my claim rep. He had to contact me himself 6 weeks later asking if I could provide the bill for treatment as he's been waiting for it for almost 2 months. I contacted Dr. Phan and pleded with him if he would please forward my paper work to my claim rep so they can go forward with my settlement. My answer was "That isnt my problem you need to contact them" I felt lied to.. jaded... and taken for a foul. I ended up handling EVERYTHING on my own [ phone calls, faxing paper work, you name it ] while trying to work and provide for my family. This is my experience with Dr. Phan and his practice. Dr. Phan is an excellent chiropractor. He takes his time to treat his patients. He has a lot of attention to details when working with his patients. I highly recommend anyone with an auto accident to come give him a shot.

Dr, Phan and his team are wonderful! His staff of professionals are friendly, helpful and care about our well being. Dr. Phan gave wonderful advice and listened to our needs. I would highly recommend his facility for anyone that had a car accident or just needs chiropractic care.
