Well I gave tris place 5 stars and then they moved me off a legacy program that I have had for over 15 years. Then I went to make a conference call and discovered that I can not do that and that the problem was entirely mine as I didn't ask if I could do conference calls. But they achieved their goal get me off the legacy program, they wanted me off. They succeeded. They screwed a senior and in the time of COVID who deprives someone of the ability to conference. If you are a senior you are a patsy here STEER CLEAR

I had called a bunch of stores in my area to find the best deal regarding a specific phone and plan and everything had it all set up talked to a person named Jonas it was set up for me to come in and get things started called prior to going I called to double and triple check and he assured me everything is how we discussed on the phone went and gave me the run around he up the price from 145 to a higher price and still expected me to pay for something out of my budget. Do not recommend this store they lie and just wanna bleed you for your money.

Sales representative EXPLICITLY lied to us. He claimed that the 55+ magenta plan would include Netflix and was $70 a month. In addition, he claimed my elderly mother could get a free phone. However, there is a catch with the "free" phone and it's not actually free. In the store, I showed him the plans online and was confused since what he said contradicted what was online. He told me I was wrong. Two weeks later, I look online and the bill is ~$140. Not only did he sign us up for the wrong plan but also the most expensive one. This sales representative lied to our faces. Again, even when I asked questions for clarification and showed him the plans online, he claimed we would get the deal stated above. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They ONLY want to sell. Thankfully, customer support is phenomenal and they helped us out, changed the price, notified the store about employees giving wrong information, and clarified any questions.
