This is the place I would send my friends and my family to. No waiting in long lines and you really feel that youre THE client. I had a complex problem and it got solved in very creative and professional way. I left there as a very happy client! Thank you!

RENTER BEWARE! If I could give budget zero star rating I would!! Rented 2 cars from them during a recent Boston trip. One car wasn't available when I went to pick up and I had to Uber for $80 to get to a location where there was actually a car which was very dirty. We were charge 2 extra days because the location I was supposed to drop at same day wasn't open. One of the cars broke down on us 2 times and they made us wait 4.5 hours for tow truck and did not provide us with another car and still charged us for the full rental period. We had to Uber for the next 24 hours of our trip which cost us over $300 they only reimbursed us 50 and then said we did damage to the car which they charged us $50 for. They gave 3 day credit on our rental which accounted for 2 of the days we couldn't use the car. They also harassed us for 3 days after the car was picked up by tow truck saying we hadn't returned our car. NEVER AGAIN AVIS/BUDGET!

My significant other and I work in wildland fire. We are sent all across the country and rent cars for weeks at a time. Weve been Enterprise customers for years, but the service and availability of cars has steadily declined. This season we decided to try Budget, and we are glad we did. The service weve received from Graham has been outstanding. Hes a one man show, running the office, answering phones, checking cars in and out, and even cleaning vehicles. The guy works extremely hard, hes trying to build his business, and he cares about his customers. I couldnt recommend Graham and Budget on Crestline more highly. He might be hard to reach on the phone but cut him some slack. Hes a great guy and hell go the extra mile to see that your needs are met.
