Worst banking experience I ever had. Rude corporate staff, zero regard for people like I am used to. You can find better smaller banks that don't treat you like a number or annoying phone call like Terri does.

After 20+ years in business and history with five banks, I give my whole-hearted approval and recommendation to InBank and their staff. They have set themselves apart from other banks by being so Customer Service Oriented. Always forward thinking in their approach to business and always looking out for their customer's best interests. I love the fact that I can call and speak to a person. My Business and My Personal accounts are treated with the same amount of personal attention and I recommend this bank to everyone I know. If you are currently banking with a Goliath bank, you should call InBank and see what its like to have a bank on your side.

InBank is an aggressive and entrepreneurial bank run by bankers who are also accomplished business professionals. These people care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to find solutions to your banking / financing requirements. What a refreshing banking experience full of "Yes". Inbank's commercial bankers dug into a unique deal and created a strong loan option for us on our mixed use property. The rate and terms were aggressive and their team was communicative and delivered on their word. Again, refreshing experience.

I have been incredibly impressed with Brett Haigler and the entire INBank team. We were working closely with them to secure funding for an expansion project at our school right before the pandemic hit. Then, when the pandemic hit, they went out of their way to help our small business secure a PPP Loan which made the difference between being able to keep my entire staff working and having to lay people off. Their commitment to helping small businesses was self-evident in every interaction that we had, and it is one of the many reasons that we will be long-term customers there.
