I am a long time customer FirstBank. I like FirstBank. However, this particular branch has the rudest tellers I have ever experienced. They are rude, snotty and not helpful at all. I would recommend going to another branch location for your banking needs.

They closed my accounts for no reason. I used 1st bank for 20 years. I have 2 accounts they closed without any warning I was so shocked.
I had to waste a lot of time with them and it had a very bad effect on my business. I will never use 1st Bank again

I really enjoyed the switch to First Bank. Felt like a bank that cares about their customers. I look forward to making future investment with them as well. They offer everything I want in a bank. Maturity, care and customer relationships.
