Terrible Customer Service
I needed two rolls of quarters and was told that I must open a account in order to recieve the $20.00 in quarters.
With the hard times we are in I can not afford to bank with them right now and needed the quarters to do my laundry.
Thank you so much 1st Bank for making things a bit more difficult.

Charged me $102 because my card declined for 1 transaction. This is the worst bank I have ever had in my life. So many ridiculous fees and the agents act like theyre the ones paying the fees when I ask for a refund. This company is all that is wrong with our world and our economy. Billion dollar companies nickel and diming middle class and lower class Americans. You should be ashamed to work at this horrible place.

Nicole and Joe have been incredibly helpful with various account items. They are a pleasure to work with and the entire branch has a wealth of collective experience. I have a personal account with BOW across the parking lot and can attest that First Bank is a much better run establishment.
