I purchased a part from them and I'll admit I could have done a better job describing it. The part I was sent was wrong. I have tried multiple time to call and get ahold of Mark to try to get the right one. I left voicemails and I even left a message with someone who works there. No response for days after even more messages. I saw that someone says they screen their calls. Now I'm stuck with something I don't need. Hold on to your c@ck dealing with these folks. Not cool. Should have just called back.

This company is not worth your time. I live out of state and ordered a transmission from them which they said was in perfect condition. Soon after it was installed we came to discover that the transmission had 2 bad gears and a bad valve body. At first they were really nice and pretended like they were going to refund our money but when I called back they would block or screen my calls. Stay away ...one month after this was posted, "Mark" or Mohammad... the owner... wrote 2 "5 Star" reviews to try and bolster his Google rating. Give me a break..

I'm the owner of a small local mechanic shop. I've brought lots of parts from Broadway Auto Parts and they have always given me the best price, part and service. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I have yet to encounter a problem with Broadway Auto. You will for sure make these guys there your number one parts store .......... Open on weekends too !!!! keep up the good work !

Broadway Auto parts is nice family owned business. They have good clean parts and the stuff are realy nice too. They also have the lowest prices in town.
