        I made an appointment online for a $19.99 oil change. When I arrived I informed them who I was and was here for the oil change. He told me it would be $36. I told him about the offer I received and even pulled it up on my phone and he said okay no problem. They had signs everywhere of their guaranteed 30 minute oil change and free WiFi. No wifi and 90 minutes later my car was ready and again I was told $36. When I showed the manager on their website where I made the appt which still offered a $19.99 oil change he refused to honor it and stated he "Wasn't responsible for online offers." He charged me $25 dollars and said "that's close enough." Was losing my business really worth $5?

        Got my brakes done, tire rotation, oil change. They cross threaded one of my bolts on the tire rotation and they didnt realign my rear brakes when they finished. Dont care for safety or customer service.
