        Great place to live. Its improved a lot since Cortland took ownership a little while back. Eve, Alex, and Sirena in the office are all great and the maintenance staff is as well. Theyre fixing things that the last ownership/staff left behind while improving the place beyond that.

        My husband and I loved our time at Colorado Pointe Apartments - had we not purchased a house, we totally would have stayed! The property was always very well kept, the office staff was always super friendly and helpful, and the facilities/amenities were great. I recently accidentally had a package shipped to my old address and Alex was SO helpful in helping me track down my shipment.

        My boyfriend and I took a look at the apartments and they are huge! So much space, especially for the area. Everyone was so nice. My boyfriend will rent there if something come open for June. I am renting my own place right now so I may end up renting an apartment there when I have to move in December. Nice place and a great location!
