They Are Very Misleading And They Stole My $250 Deposit I Did Not Get To See The Apartment I Put My Deposit On Until A Week Before I. Was Due To Rent. The Door Had An Electronic Lock That Management Can Control At Any Time. I Didn't Like This And It Was A Deal Breaker For Me And They Kept My Deposit.

Roaches are a big problem here. Many people living here blast music 24/7. There is a $40 fee to pay your rent online. Management has changed over 3 people in one year. Avoid this housing project at all costs!

In 2022, I moved to 10225 E. Girard Avenue, now called 39 North. There is a (serious) roach problem there. Holes are in the kitchen cabinet walls and other places that I requested to be patched, yet maintenance never patched, which are entryways for disgusting roaches to enter the apartment. Prior to signing the lease, I asked the property manager if there was a roach problem on the property. However, she was deceptive. After I signed the lease and complained about roaches, she told me that there is a roach problem on the property. (She had given notice to quit for a new job.) A property manager was recently fired (last name Powers). She was a despicable, malicious, liar. When she was the manager, hot water to the shower wouldnt turn off, so I left messages in the portal and telephone messages for maintenance to turn off the water. I left the apartment for hours thinking that maintenance had fixed the problem, yet when I returned, the apartment was like a steam room. (The hot water never turned cold.) I had to call the fire department, and four came and turned off the hot water with large tools. (That was an unnecessary bill for us Denver taxpayers.) In 2022, I summoned the Department of Health about the roach problem. They inspected the first floor apartment and concluded that it was clean and not the source of the roach problem. (Ive never lived with roaches, until I moved into that apartment.) Pest control didnt stop the roach infiltration who sometimes came weekly, because the roaches came into the apartment from other apartments. Theres been two different owners since I lived there. The new management company (Sack Management) failed to establish a deposit account for payments from the Denver Housing Authority, so payments have gone to the prior owner, and the money hasnt been recouped. As of this writing, the owner wants the Denver Housing Authoritys recipients to move, which is a blessing. Metal security gates are (slowly) being installed at the roach-infested property, which doesnt make sense, because the U.S. government wouldnt install security gates at housing projects. This apartment complex is comparable to housing projects, and many residents complain about the roaches, so me and my neighbors bought products to counter the roach problem (see pictures). Do not rent at 10225 E. Girard Avenue, unless you can tolerate roaches and unreliable maintenance. Update: I moved from the 39 North Apartments, and I am still traumatized by the roaches that I encountered there. I moved into a roach-less property. However, when the boxes arrived, I discovered three roaches moved with me! Those (3) roaches were exterminated, and I havent see any since.

I recently had the pleasure of touring 39 North Apartments, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! David, our guide, was incredibly informative and made the whole visit a delight. The renovations and improvements happening within this community are remarkable, and it's clear there's a vision for a modern, comfortable living space. The location couldn't be better - it's just down the street from K-Town, where you can find everything from H Mart to delicious hot pot restaurants, which adds a vibrant cultural scene right at your doorstep. Plus, the one-month move-in special is a fantastic deal that's hard to pass up. For those who enjoy golf, having a golf course and driving range across the street is a dream come true. I'm also thrilled about the upcoming installation of in-unit washers and dryers, adding a layer of convenience to the living experience here. Its proximity to Cherry Creek Mall, just 8-10 minutes away, means shopping and entertainment options are plentiful. The apartment is also next to a school, making it a great spot for families. The community is quiet, offering a peaceful living environment, and it's pet-friendly, complete with a newly renovated park that I'm sure will be a hit with pet owners.

Good morning! We're so sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected and did not meet your expectations. We pride ourselves on being fully transparent with our prospects and residents. If there is anything that we can do to earn your business, we're happy to explore that; however, it sounds like our smart lock system is a deal breaker. We can assure you that it's safe and convenient, and it makes the lives of our residents so much easier. We wish you nothing but luck in your search for your new home.
