        Thank you to management and staff. This place is extremely well maintained and the owners care. Help is available when needed and they take pride in their properties. It's a great location, next to bus line and the light rail is close. There are also creeks and parks behind the building. I highly recommend living here!

        Freshly painted inside and out. New carpeting in the halls and common areas. Great management people and maintenance people. They do a lot for the residents, like Thanksgiving feast, Christmas feast, summer cookout, etc. Computer Cafe with several computers. Community Center for gatherings. Friendly residents. I feel very lucky to be able to live here.

Our sophisticated affordable apartments in Denver, CO are comprised of three communities. Casa Dorado, our active senior 55 and older community features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with open-concept layouts, 9' ceilings, plenty of natural lighting, and ample storage space. While Martinez Park Villas and Nettie Moore Apartments feature spacious three- and four-bedroom floor plans.
