Atelier at University Park

Do not live here! I rented here from the summer of 2022 to 2023 when it was called the Atelier. Don't be fooled by the superficial name change. It's the same people running the same shady operation. In only one year: - I changed apartments because there were maggots coming out of the walls. The halls were full of flies. The extermintor said there were maggots in six apartments below the rooftop pool (which was frequently broken). - The whole second floor of the building flooded, which also drenched the mailroom. - Management kept not fixing the water properly, so we were often without water. - Many homeless people resided in the basement garage, stairwells, and entryways. Most kept to themselves, but I was threatened periodically. - There was frequently feces (from a dog, I hope) in front of the building. No one cleaned it up. - Despite all of this, the prices and fees were excessive, even for Denver. I was blatantly lied to with respect to billing. Make sure to get everything in writing if you must deal with these people. The location by DU is nice, but you can pay far less for a much nicer experience in the same location. These new complexes are designed to get you to pay top dollar for trash.

I Knew This Was The Place For Me Right From The Beginning Stages Because Everything Went Smooth All The Way From My First Phone Call To The Move-In. I Worked Mostly With Ms Destina Valencia as Assistant Community Manager and Ms Noel Bartlett as a Leasing Team Member. I Also Had The Opportunity of Working With The Community Manager and All Of Them Made Everything Come Together To Make This A Smooth Transition. I Even Had The Opportunity To Speak With Mr Patrick Link and Tim Williams As Specialized Maintenance Team Members and I Learned Some Valuable Information About The Hot Tub So, See Having A Strong Team To Set The Foundation Makes A Huge Impact and Difference Not Only That They Are Very Communicative, Respond Quickly and Are Easy To Get a Hold Of We All Know How Important That Is In Any Situation They Make You Feel Welcomed Safe and Secure Knowing You Will Be Heard. To Top It Off What 24Fifty Has To Offer Is Amazing!?. You Have To Come and See For Yourself!?. The Units Are Very Spacious, Quiet and @ an Affordable Price. What Sealed The Deal Was Having A Washer and Dryer. I Could Go On and On About How Awesome 24Fifty Is But I Suggest You Just Going Through The Process Because I Do Not Want To Steal This Opportunity From You Trust Me and Come and See For Yourself. 100/100

I just recently moved here. Destina has worked hard to make sure all my needs are met as far as parking etc. She was also very helpful with the move in process as I moved here from Texas. The amenities are top notch, as I am a traveling salesman and live in a lot of different luxury communities. Very happy to call this one my home! Thanks to the staff for handling my constant questions
