Highline Pointes environment has become increasingly uncomfortable due to homeless people sleeping in the foyer, making residents feel unsafe and uneasy when walking around. The presence of homeless individuals in the foyer not only raises security concerns but also detracts from the overall ambiance of the community. Its disheartening to see this issue persist without adequate measures being taken to address it. As a resident, I value feeling secure and comfortable in my surroundings, and the presence of homeless individuals in common areas detracts from that experience. I hope that management takes proactive steps to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and addresses this issue promptly

Highline Pointes customer service is severely lacking, and the community is unbearable due to constant fire alarms in building 1301. The managements response to resident concerns has been disappointing, with little to no effort to address issues promptly or effectively. Additionally, the daily disruption caused by frequent fire alarms in building 1301 is unacceptable and severely impacts residents quality of life. Overall, the combination of poor customer service and the ongoing fire alarm problem makes Highline Pointe a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a peaceful living environment

My experience at Highline Pointe started off well, but unfortunately, it has taken a turn for the worse in recent months. Since September, Ive been facing air quality issues that have made me and others in the community sick. Upon reporting the issue to the apartment management, they took action by conducting mold testing and cleaning the air ducts. However, despite these efforts, the problem persists. During the air duct cleaning process, trash bags with bottles of beer were found, indicating negligence in maintaining the property. Despite their attempts, the air quality in my home remains poor, leading to ongoing health concerns for myself and others. Its disappointing that this issue has not been adequately addressed, and its impacting the my well-being. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and takes proactive measures to resolve the air quality issues in Highline Pointe. As a resident, I value my health and safety, and I expect better maintenance standards from the management.

the apartment is nice, but don't live here. the building I live had CONSTANT false fire alarms in the middle of the night. I had to go outside for 30 min until the alarm gets cleared for at least 10 times past year I lived here. and it basically ruined my day the next day from not being able to sleep the night before. Yesterday alone had 3 in the early evening. I'm beyond sick and tired of these fire alarms.
