This is such a fun and welcoming studio! The class and instructors are positive, happy, friendly and fun. I just moved to the Springs and tried the other spin studios which were good but not my vibe. I like to have fun! I tried Joule last and it is the best. Seriously the best instructors, great music, hard workouts, the bikes tell you your stats and the environment is modern. They also offer yoga and TRX, both I tried in my first month and love. They had me hooked from the very first class!

Just finished my first ever hot yoga class, and it was amazing! I had no idea it would be so difficult and fun at the same time. Cambrielle, our instructor was awesome! 5/5 will definitely go again, I can’t wait to check out another class.

I loved everything about this studio! The classes, the music, the instructors! It’s such a great environment to work towards your fitness goals.

Came here both Sat and Sun last weekend for yoga classes. Jeff taught the hot yoga and there were 3 people on the class. Boy was the class hot so be prepared and hydrated. I do not do bikram very often but I would take the class again. On Sunday I took Power vinyasa with Leah and was the only person in the class. I had a private class! She was very good and patient. I enjoyed this studio and will definitely try their other classes.
