The original window was not correct and Pella worked diligently to replace it and finish the trim work to fit properly. The house was sealed so that we had no issues while we waited during winter months for the new window to be completed. The installers were professional and easy to work with and I would use Pella again.

Absolute worst company! Perhaps the product is good but this particular Pella dealer is the worst. We had our windows replaced last year (that in itself was an awful experience but thats not what my review is about today). One of our windows cracked so I had to contact them to get it replaced. I was told they would reach out when it was in so we could schedule, nobody called so I called them and was told they had scheduled an appt for me (without asking or calling to inform me about it) seems like an odd practice but we got it changed to a date/time that worked for me since the original appt that they set on their own did not work. This morning was my appointment date/time and nobody showed up. I called and received a voicemail saying they are closed today. No communication to me whatsoever. Im so over this Pella dealer, save yourself the headache and go with a different company

Hello, I am having a lot of trouble with my install with Pella Colorado Springs (formerly Mountain View). I bought 15 windows and 2 sliding doors in late September and the project is still not complete 5 months later. The subcontractor installers damaged my home, two windows still arent installed and Im missing screens for the sliding doors. Ive asked to speak with the manager if the branch and they wont put me in contact with them. I have dozens of emails and photos to share if wanted. I email contacts I have and get no response. The actual windows are fine but working with this branch of Pella hasnt been good since purchase date. EDIT I already emailed the email address below (the same day I wrote the review) that they just replied with because I saw it on other bad reviews and they clearly didnt get it. They just send this as a stock response.
