Very punctual and his attention to detail is astonishing. We had them replace our windows, repair a lot of bad swollen exterior trim and then paint the entire exterior. Now that they’re finished it looks like a brand new house. Looking at the details, they didn’t miss a thing. Very impressed.

After having our house painted by Rich and his team at R & R Kustom Exteriors over a year ago, and we were very happy with the work the did, I noticed recently that the paint was peeling off the garage door and back deck. I had to call him and leave messages 3 times over a period of a week before he came to look at it, then he said he would come by and repaint the garage door himself, and would call the deck paint company about their warranty and let me know what could be done there. That was August 23 and after a month of hearing or seeing nothing from him, I called and left another message. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not received a call back. I would give him a good review for the quality of work his team does, but a very bad review for his customer service and warranty on his work. Please be aware of this if you consider having his company do any work for you. He does not do what he says he will do, and does not seem to care about communicating with his customers once he has been paid for the work.

Excellent - R&R will work and do whatever you need them to do until you are 100% happy. Excellent product and workmanship (and I am picky). Recently, my husband and I have had several things done with contractors around the house; hardwood floors, tile, counter tops, plumbing and the last was windows. We have been happy with everything, but the WINDOWS were by far the easiest and the most smooth thing we had done. Rich came to our home (on time), answered all of our questions, made suggestions, showed us examples, returned our calls when we called him, gave an estimate and was prompt with scheduling the install. The people he works with were all very nice and helpful, completely trusted them working in our home. I would definitely recommend them and the Simonton windows (very good product for the cost) - I am so happy with how this process was so smooth - and I absolutely LOVE my new windows and slider.
