A year and a half of We havent received your referral. Followed by 2 months of We sent your results to your provider but cant give them to you. And I am so over this place. This is probably the worst customer service environment I have encountered and I dont know why UCHealth hasnt fired the lot of them and started over. I had to physically take my referral over and hand it to them to get the ball rolling. I already went there to try to get my results physically and they literally said they would not give them to me but they have faxed them. Well, guess what, my provider still hasnt received them. Dont use them.

Great staff, very accommodating to my needs. I recommend bringing your own pillows, unless you'd prefer sleeping on the rocks in their pillow cases.

EDIT: I have updated my review. I have called since I posted this and it looks like they have fixed this issue. I hope they keep this change in services going... thank you. ------ Old Review: I can't even get anyone to answer the phone... how do I get a sleep study sent out? It's IMPOSSIBLE. I know that there might be a representative from UCHealth that will reply to this, but try to call in. Do it now... they don't answer the phones, and I have left many messages... Seriously, call the main line to the North Campus sleep center and it will just go to voicemail. You can leave a message and it will just go to the trash. Unfortunate. If this can be fixed I will gladly change my review.
