Avoid this company at all costs!! I would have selected zero stars if it was an option. I cannot even begin to express how underhanded they operate. The quality of work is EXTREMELY sub-par, & when you bring it to their attention, instead of addressing the issues they simply slap a lien on your property. The owners are completely dishonest, leaving Google reviews & BBB comments like they are CUSTOMERS (see attached photo). They try and throw around the word "veteran" to attract customers because they know Colorado Springs is a military town. They no more uphold themselves like one than fly to the moon. In fact, they tarnish that word with their actions, claiming to be vets. Their BBB rating is an F for a reason guys.

wow! all I can say is WOW! I have been in Leadville for 13 years and finding help to show up for a job, is a laugh! From the moment I contacted Phenomenal Construction, the whole process was amazing. I contacted them for a job, their office immediately emails me proof of insurance on this great program that tracks any job you had done with the company (jobs, receipts, etc...). They were amazing. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Everything was seamless including the clean up! Looks great! (Had attic stairs installed.). Then....ohhhh, after they left I realized I had a light and a few outlets out! At this point, they (Phenomenal Construction men) were 45 minutes away, they turned around and came right back!! The thought was maybe something happened to wires in a junction box coming loose while installing the door?? After 2.5 hours of searching, it was a wire loose in an electrical outlet. (When I had unplugged things from that outlet, preparing the room for the job, the wire must have loosened-causing the other electrical outages!) So, they graciously worked diligently to find a problem that they didn't even cause and fixed it!! They are amazzzzzzing! Great communication, too!!
