This company does great work but I wont be using them again. I Had them convert my loft into a bedroom, received a quote, entered into an agreement and then had them charge me an additional $5k because they underestimated costs. If I hadnt been out of state and already in an agreement with them I wouldve fired them on the spot. Once again, their work is high quality and we are satisfied with the end result, but we are not happy with their unprofessionalism on the front end..

We contracted Springs Home Improvement to upgrade our rental property in Colorado Springs. This was a rental for 25 years and prior our residence. We lived out if state so we not only wanted a good contractor, but also one we could trust, being an out If state owner. We got both when we hire Springs Home Improvement. The communication was excellent, and the Home looked better than when we occupied it ourselves. We visited the property at the time construction began and again at its completion. The best reference I could give is this; the build was on budget, on-time, and they delivered what we all agreed to. This remodel included every bedroom, every bathroom, the basement, the kitchen, the living room and family room. It looks and was a brand new home on the inside. We also called them back a few years later due to a frozen broken water pipe. They treated the tenants with respect and aided with a debate with our insurance company on what work was required vs what the insurance company want to payout for. Because of our trust and confidence, all this work was completed with the same quality as before and due to the constant pictures and communication, the work was completed, the insurance company ended up doing the right thing, and we were able to complete the repairs without having to make a trip to the property.
