Customer service with a scowl. Don't call here if you're having a good day--they'll make sure to turn that mood right around (if they even answer the phone at all.)
Laurie needs to take a chill pill before she answers the phone because the attitude is completely unwarranted. Talks over and down to customers just trying to figure out what's going on with their packages. I've had two packages returned to the post office via their parcel delivery in the early morning--these are supposed to then go out with the regular mail delivery later in the day. One of my packages was completely returned to sender and was unable to be recovered after this process without attempting to confirm an address with the regular mail. Today I received another alert in a similar fashion (6 am) about the delivery being returned to the post office. When I spoke to Laurie, she made it very obvious through her attitude: sighing, scoffing, talking over me, that it was an inconvenience to her to answer my questions, confirm my address, and make sure my package was actually on its way. I had to insist that she check my address to ensure that it was not, in fact, incomplete as the system keeps saying. Rude and unwarranted after it had already taken two hours to get ahold of someone.
Base line--send your packages through a third party carrier because the only thing this post office makes sure to deliver consistently is junk mail. That somehow never seems to have any address issues.
